Happy Magnolia Monday everyone!
I have some news that I'm dying to tell you but it will have to wait a little, I promise it's super exciting news for me!
Anyway, today is Magnolia Monday and I just had to give Scarecrow Tilda another outing before she is retired until next year.
I had to do another Z Fold, Punched Top card as they are so much fun and really easy to make into a super creation.
I really love this Tilda and she is such fun to color.
This will probably be one of the last Fall cards I'm going to do this year and I'm really glad that she can be the star of this card!
I hope you like her too and will come along and link up below and share your Magnolia creation with other Maggie lovers!

We haven't had Snow here in North Texas yet but "just up the road" (in Texas terms that means anything up to 400 miles) in Amarillo they had over 2" on Thursday, we just got nasty, drizzly rain, reminded me of home, and not in a good way. This morning is super chilly, only upper 30's so Winter feels like it's here, but as any good Texan will tell you "you don't like the weather?, just wait 15 minutes and it will change :)"
With that the weekend forecast is better, warming to the low 70's, just right for Halloween! LOL
Have a wonderful weekend and please come along and play with us at A Gem of a Challenge

I hope you like it too :)

It's Wednesday so that means another super challenge at The Pixie Cottage
This week we have a sketch and the theme is "Go For Gold!"
Remember you can use the sketch or the theme or both!
I decided to go with both the theme and the sketch this week and I'm really pleased with the results. The gold in the patterned paper really works with orange of the Pumpkins and then the metallic sentiment just ties it all in.
I hope you like it too and will come over and play with us in The Pixie Cottage this week!

Happy Magnolia Monday!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend, thank goodness the Texas Rangers won on Saturday as it meant I got to watch X Factor on Sunday! LOL I love me some reality TV, especially talent themed shows.
I decided to go with a different fold for this weeks Tilda card, it is super easy but effective I think :)
Be sure to add your Magnolia card below so I can come and visit. I want to apologize for not getting to everyone over the last two weeks, things were hectic here but I feel I'm catching up a little now :)
This is a super simple fold, you have a piece of cardstock 6" by 12" and using a trimmer cut an angled piece off starting at the 4" mark on one end and up to the 6" (top) on the other. Then just score at 4" and 8" and fold.
I hope you like this one, I'm really happy with my coloring today, especially the shading on the jeans, it looks like it's supposed too! LOL
Be sure to add your card and I promise I'll visit.

It's time for another fabulous challenge at Pile It On where we encourage you to create something that fits with lots of challenges!
We are sponsored by the fabulous Simon Say Stamp and the challenge is super easy, "Fall Is Fun!" So anything about Fall that you have Fun doing will fit, it could be Pumpkin Picking, playing in the Leaves, baking a yummy pie with this years Harvest, anything like that will be perfect!
Card Recipe:
Image - Mo Manning
Medium - Copic Markers
Paper - Garden Botanical by The Paper Studio
Flowers - Martha Stewart (sprayed Pumpkin Orange with the Copic Airbrush)
Pumpkins - K and Co
Grass Die - Cheery Lynn Designs
Die Cut - Labels 22 by Spellbinders
I airbrushed the flowers with the matching Copic color marker as they were originally yellow sunflowers that just didn't go at all.
They were already glittered and it went well with the glittered pumpkins.
I hope you like it and will come along and share your creation with us at Pile It On
