The Scor-Pal team were challenge to take a project from the existing projects on the site and update it.
My remake project was inspired by this Flip Flop by Eleonor McGarry
I decided to not only update it with newer paper lines but I also changed up the size a little.
Project recipe:
Papers - Sn@p Life by Simple Stories
Card Stock - Core-dinations
Scoring Tool - Scor-Pal
Adhesive - Scor-Tape
This the album finished
Start with 2 pieces of card stock measuring 6" by 12" scored at 4" and 8" along the 12" side. You also need 2 6" squares of card stock for the covers and 1 piece 2" by 6" scored at 1" on the 2" side.
Use the 2" by 6" piece to attach the 2 6" by 12" pieces together to form an accordion as in the photo.
Decorate the front and back covers as desired.
Decorate the back panels with coordinating papers.
Decorate the inner panels too.
Create the flaps for the album from pieces of card stock measuring 5 1/2" by 3 3/4" scored at 1/2" on the 5 1/2" side. Use Scor-Tape to attach the flaps inside the album.
Decorate the flaps and attach the the album.
The following are some views of the completed album.

It's time for a new challenge at Magnolia-Licious and Wee Stamps Challenge
This time we are asking for Boy cards so it's the perfect time to grab your favorite Edwin stamp and get creating!
I decided to use Bandage Edwin but went with a general boy encouragement card rather than the expected Get Well Soon card.
Now you know it is going to be Easter soon and Diana has the fabulous Easter Collection in stock and they are there is all their beautiful colored glory so you can see how wonderful they will look when you get them to add to your collection.
Also on show are the new Wee Stamps and they have been colored for your viewing pleasure too!

I stamped two Edwins, cut out one completely and then cut the head and legs on the second and popped it with foam on top of the whole image. The sticker tag was just the perfect size for Edwin to sit on and it was the basis for the whole card.
I hope you like this and we'd love to see you over at Magnolia-Licious and Wee Stamps Challenge playing with us on this challenge.

It's time for my third card from the latest releases atDigital Delights
Wendy brought some fabulous Spring and Easter characters for you and I got to play with the second of the Flower Power Girls and that is Flower Power Daffy
I used the "box of the frame" technique to make Daffy sit on the edge of the die cut frame and then hand cut the mat to the frame.
I really went to town with the sparkle and shine on this one, she just cried out for it! I love Daffodils, they remind me so much of my home in England, and so this was a real labor of love to create :)

I will admit to being in love with these new Chloe designs that Janet is doing and I decided to team Chloe in Knitted Hat with another of my current favorite things, the papers from the Rondelle pad by Prima.
I'm not usually a big peach color fan but these vintage style papers are so wonderful that I strayed from my usual path and stepped over to the Peachy side of the tracks :)
