Birthday Girl - My Besties Challenge - Happy Birthday

I think Miss Mary Lou looks "all dolled up" and ready for her Birthday party, don't you agree? I added a little glitter to her flowers and some Liquid Pearls to make her necklace and she's all ready to Party!
