Cooking It Up #63 - Make the Sun Shine on a Swirly Sentiment!

It's time for another recipe for your cards over at my Cooking It Up With Katie challenge blog!

This weeks ingredients are:

After die cutting the image mat I double matted it with coordinating colors and then popped the whole thing on a foam mat for dimension.
