Christmas Card Challenges #28 - Woodgrain

It's another challenge at Christmas Card Challenges and we would like to see you use a "Woodgrain Pattern" somewhere on your card!
I used an embossing folder for mine but a paint effect, paper or even in the image would work!
Remember that our challenge is optional, we really just want to help you on your quest to be ready with all your Christmas cards!

Challenges:
Just Keep On Creating - Anything Goes
Paper Take Weekly - Anything Goes
Digital Tuesday - Anything Goes (and a digi element)
Christmas Stampin All Year Long - Anything Goes Christmas
Meljens - Anything Goes (with a Meljens image)
Paper Crafting Journey - Hand Colored
Sundays with Crissy - Tags and Tickets (3 entries)
Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas - Feature a Creature (and Christmas)
Sweet Stampin - Stitching (I chose faux)

Card Recipe:
Image - Meljens
Paper and Sentiment - Winter Wonderland by Recollections
Medium - Copic Markers
Embossing Folder - Cuttlebug
Twill Ribbon - Michaels
Button - Recollections
Puffy Paint - Tulip
Felt Brad - The Paper Studio
Chipboard Heart - Colorbok

I used my favorite Puffy Paint again on this one, it seems a staple when I'm doing Christmas cards to add that little extra touch of texture. And I think the "outdoors" theme went really really well with the woodgrain embossing.
I hope you liked this little guy too and will come along and share your Christmas cards with us at Christmas Card Challenges this week.
