Magnolia-Licious and Wee Stamps Challenge - Birthday

It is a very special day over at the Magnolia-Licious Challenge as you can see by our new banner that Diana is now stocking the gorgeous Wee Stamps by Sylvia Zet!. So when shopping for your favorite Magnolia stamps you can now get the Wee Stamps too and guess what they are ON SALE until Valentines Day!
To celebrate this change there are a few changes to the challenge too, the main thing being that both the High-Lites and Challenge teams are now one big happy team! So you get twice the fabulous inspiration with every challenge! I used an oldie but a goodie and that is Tilda with Balloons and I decoupaged her, lots of coloring and fussy cutting, but I love how she turned out and I hope you do too!
