Friends are The Threads - Sewing Avery - Paper Nest Dolls

Good Morning!
Today I have another card showcased on the Paper Nest Dolls blog and want to share it with you :)
Today I chose to use one of Christine's most recent stamps, Sewing Avery, and it gave me lots of opportunities to use some fun sewing themed items. I added twine to the holes in the die, put the same twine in the buttons, used paper that has a fabric feel and even found a cute stitched flower!

For a final "sewing touch" I added faux stitching to the mat and even the sentiment is about sewing. It really was a fun card to create, from gathering the embellishments to coloring sweet Avery.
