My Daughter - "More Than One Score" Scor-Pal Challenge #3 - Monochromatic

Happy April Everyone!
As it is a new month that means we have a new challenge at More Than One Score at Scor-Pal and this month we are looking for your Monochromatic creations! They can be cards or any other paper project, they all count as long as they have "More Than One Score" and the you use your Scor-Pal to create those scores.

I love this style of card, so easy to make, it is simply a piece of cardstock measuring 6" by 12" that you trim at an angle along the top and score at 4" and 8" along the 12" side. As part of the decoration I like to add a punched edge adhered on the reverse side of the card.

After coloring this little grey bunny I went over with the colorless blender in a smooching type of motion to create a softer look to resemble the fur.

Quick and Easy Easter Card and Tutorial for Scor-Pal

Today I have a cute card for our week of Quick and Easy Easter Cards over at Scor-Pal

Card Recipe:
Image - Easter Bunny Freebie from Pink Gem
Medium - Copic Markers
Sentiment and Stickers - Hobby Lobby
Grass Die - Accucut
Scoring Tool - Scor-Pal
Adhesive - Scor-Tape

Start with a 12" by 4" piece of cardstock, scored at 6" on the long side.

On the inside draw an egg shape for the card. I used a circle die to create the curves and then cut out with scissors.

On the flaps left at the base scored at 1/2" to create a stand for the card.

From a piece of cardstock 3" long score at 1/2" and 2" to create a hinge for added stability to help the card stand.

Attach the hinge as shown using Scor-Tape.

Decorate the card as desired. I used corrugated cardstock and die cut the grass and the Scor-Tape was perfect to hold the thicker materials

I stamped the image twice, colored one and cut it out and colored another egg and popped it up and then added glitter and a few rhinestones for some extra sparkle.

So Sweet of You with Candibeans!

Now as I said a couple of days ago I am a sucker for Easter and Spring images, I just can't help it, they are my favorite cards of all to make I think it could be as they seem to usher in new beginnings, brighter days and a goodbye to Winter. Well today I'm sharing a card with a brand new Candi Beans image, I literally ripped open the envelope and stamped her right away, I was so excited to get coloring!
