Digital Delights - New Releases - Christmas Candle Holder

It's the first Thursday of the month and that means it's New Releases at Digital Delights!.
Now that Fall is here it really is time to get working on the biggest Holiday of the year so we are starting with a Christmas release!
What I love about the images at Digital Delights is that they all coordinate so nicely, you can use this years new images with images from the past years and they all work together!
I decided to go with a piece of decor this time and made a simply candle holder that a flame less tea light can sit in, I hope you like it.

From this view you can see Polly with her long skirt and jacket, the perfect little feel of nostalgia. The candle holder has two windows with patterned vellum behind them so the candle light is muted.

This is the inside, very simple, and I got a set of these 4 flame less candles at Kroger and I love the soft flickering light they give.

This is the sentiment on the lid. I made a lid as I think it finishes the piece off especially if you are giving it as a gift but I think for a long period of use I'd take the lid off for safety.

I tried to show the candle glow but it was hard to capture but you can see it a little by Polly's skirt.
