I stamped the cupcake part twice and popped it up for dimension. For the sparkle I added Stickles and gave the flowers a little spritz with shimmer too!
I am not one to do the "No Patterned Paper" challenges but I thought I'd give it a go and in the end I was pretty pleased with the results and I hope you like it too!
