"More Than One Score" Scor-Pal Challenge #4 - Include a Stamped Image

Happy May Everyone!
Today marks the start of a new challenge at More Than One Score at Scor-Pal and this time we want you to include a stamped image on your project.
You can make an "Anything But a Card" project, a "Fancy Fold" card, or any Papercrafting project as long as it is has more than one score and follows our Stamped Image theme.
I decided to make a gift bag, a perfect little project for holding a gift for Mother's Day!

Challenges:
All My Crafts - Anything But a Card
Crafty Creations - Anything But A Card
Craft Dee Bowz - Handmade Bow
Die Cuttin Divas - Girly (and die cut)
Oldie but a Goodie - Hats (old item is paper)
Partytime Tuesday - Fussy Cutting
The Paper Shelter - Ribbon
Rhedd and Rosies - Tag It
Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes (5 entries only)
Through the Craftroom Door - Anything Goes (2 entries only)
Crafting From the Heart - Anything Goes (3 entries only)
613 Avenue Create - Anything Goes
Sister Act - Anything Goes
Going Grey - Anything Goes (2 entries only)
Creative Moments - Anything Goes (3 entries only)

Project Recipe:
Image Tilda in Bath Cap and Millie's Bobbin
Medium - Copic Markers
Paper - My Little Shoe Box
Scoring Tool - Scor-Pal
Adhesive - Scor-Tape
Sentiment - Studio G
Ribbon - Hobby Lobby
Border Punch - Martha Stewart
Doily Die - My Favorite Things

Start with a piece of cardstock 8" by 12".
On the 8" side score at 1", 2", 7" and 8".
On the 12" side score at 5" and 7".

Burnish on all scored lines and trim and cut away the parts shown in the photo.

Use Scor-Tape to attach the sides of the box/bag.

Before creating the box add decorative paper to the front and back sides of the box. The scored sides of the bag allow it to fold inwards and be held closed with a belly band.

Use the Scor-Tool to create crisp corners inside the box/bag.

You can see how the sides fold in on the box.

To create the belly band you need a piece of cardstock 10" by 1". Score at 2", 2 1/2", 6 3/4" and 7 1/4" along the 10" side. Form the band and adhere with Scor-Tape

Decorate the band as you choose.

I punched two hole in the band and tied a bow with crinkled ribbon and added a tag.

Here is the completed project.

I hope you have enjoyed this little tutorial and we really hope to see your entry at More Than One Score at Scor-Pal this month and Good Luck!

Katie
