You can make an "Anything But a Card" project, a "Fancy Fold" card, or any Papercrafting project as long as it is has more than one score and follows our theme.
For my project I decided to make a gift bag in the shape of a beach bag, what is more Bright and Sunny than a day at the beach or pool?
This was made from just one sheet of cardstock and one sheet of patterned paper and is 8" wide by 5" tall and 2" deep
I do not have a tutorial for this, I went with the flow on it but I promise to remake one very soon and have all the step outs for you on another post.

Seriously this was so easy to pull together, even without a pattern it took less than 30 minutes from first score to last stick!
