Just a note to say I stopped adding the Easter challenges as there were so many to choose from that I tried to include all my favorites but the list was endless. Please don't feel left out if I didn't include you on this last Easter project of the year

Project Recipe:
Image - Got Rabbits by ARTish
Sentiment - Studio G
Paper - Watercolor Bouquet by K and Co
Medium - Copic Markers
Dies - Cuties 3 (to make the roses), Cuties 4 (for the handle) and Wedding Garter all by Cheery Lynn Designs
Ribbon - Michaels
Eggs - Craft Store painted with Martha Stewart Pearl Paint in Pink Taffeta

This is the sketch should you choose that.

I just love this Pearl Paint from Martha Stewart. The colors are fabulous and the sheen is the best I found.

I love how the roses look when completed, you die cut them as a strip and then roll and secure them to create the rose. I used a quilling pen to hold the end so I could get a tight roll and then added hot glue on the base and added a circle of cardstock for extra strength.
I decided at the end to weave some lemon sheer ribbon around the handle, I should have thought about that before adding the roses but will remember next time :)

You can see from this shot that I used the same weaving technique to create my basket as was in the Saturday tutorial, I just made my basket shallower.
Anyway I hope you enjoyed this little Easter Treat and will come along and play with me at The Pixie Cottage and Cooking It Up With Katie this time around!
