This is such a sweet image that I really thought it led itself to being Stickled and Blinged up a little and I hope you think so too.
I added a panel embossed with the Tiny Stars folder as I thought it went well with the stars on the image and the sentiment.

As our Lion is the "King of The Jungle" (no not Paddy Doherty for my UK friends) I decided to keep the card more manly themed, not too many embellishments.
But as he was wearing a crown I thought the addition of a little sparkly ribbon and a few rhinestones wouldn't go amiss ;)

This was the sketch option this week

I decorated the back and added a message mat for a personal greeting.

I decided to go with a Center Stair Step fold for this card, the image wasn't very big and I wanted to give it as much "ummpph" as I could :)
I cut out the whole image as well as paper piecing the cupcake wrappers. I then popped it up on foam for more dimension and added lots of Stickles glitter.
I really like how it all came together and hope you do too and also hope that you can come along and join in with us this week in The Pixie Cottage! Katie

I decided to go with a Twisted Easel fold card, gosh I've seen these tons of time but never realized how easy the fold was, where have I been all this time?
It was really simple, 2 scores with my trusty Scor-Pal and I was ready to create. These cute My Minds Eye papers were perfect for my masculine styled card.

I just love this Pearl Paint from Martha Stewart. The colors are fabulous and the sheen is the best I found.

I love how the roses look when completed, you die cut them as a strip and then roll and secure them to create the rose. I used a quilling pen to hold the end so I could get a tight roll and then added hot glue on the base and added a circle of cardstock for extra strength.
I decided at the end to weave some lemon sheer ribbon around the handle, I should have thought about that before adding the roses but will remember next time :)

You can see from this shot that I used the same weaving technique to create my basket as was in the Saturday tutorial, I just made my basket shallower.

After coloring the image of Molly I cut here out and used foam to pop her up over the fence. Then for more dimension I cut a frame with two nesting Spellbinders our of patterned paper and foam and used it around the scene.
I made photo corners from the same Spellbinders die, just a little smaller, to tie it all together.
