Designed 2 Delight Blog Hop - Autumn Pumpkins
As you may have seen from The new link on my sidebar I'm now a member of The Designed 2 Delight Design Team which features the fabulous images from Faith that can be found at Designed 2 Delight STore. I've know Faith for a few years now and am so happy to be a part of her team.
Now also you must know that today is World Card Making Day (an excuse to get inky and gluey :)) and to celebraTe we have all sorts of wonderful things going on.
It all starts with a Blog Hop through all the team members blogs with new creations, virtual "Make and Takes", prizes and more!
You'll need a pen and paper too so you can play in our little "finding leTTers" game :)
When you've collected all the leTTers you'll have a Discount Code spelled out that will get you a Dollar Delight Stamp from the Designed 2 Delight Store (PS you must use the code before the end of Sunday October 3rd)
Now if you came to me from Pat's Blog then you are on the right path. If not then please go back to Faith's Blog to the start so you don't miss a thing.
Now be sure to look very carefully for my leTTer ;)
I have a new card for my new Team and as usual I've added a few challenges along the way:
One Stitch at a Time - Anything Goes
Stamp It Crazy - Anything Goes
Incy Wincy - Anything Goes
Sew Many Challenges - Anything Goes
Sentimental Sundays - Dimension and a Sentiment
Digi Doodle Shop - 3D It

Have a lot of fun and remember you can also go back to Faith's Blog if you get lost and need to find your way.
As a final fun thing for you be sure to visit our group at Crafters Digital Art Center where there are more fun things happening and a special discount for all members!

Something Different from Me - A Halloween Chipboard Album
Happy Friday everyone!
In the dim and distant past before I started making cards I used to make mini albums and things to sell on eBay. It was a wonderful creative outlet and was nice as it brought in a little play money too.
When the economy took a downturn my sales fell too. I looked at other options and at that point handmade cards were still a popular item. That downturn in sales led me to try my hand at cards and I've never turned back! At first I sold those too but they too slumped but I was too hooked to stop (don't ask me how many I have in my closet). Well as it is coming up to the big Holiday shopping I thought maybe I could combine my new love of card making with my old love of mini albums and today I have the first result of that combination.
I hope you like it, it was a lot of fun to make and really got my mojo back on track ;)
Obviously I found a few challenges that it worked with too.
Sew Many Challenges - Halloween
Stampin For The Weekend - Shabby or Vintage
Gingersnaps - Punches
Paper Pretties - Brads
Daisy Doodles - Anything Goes (with a digi)
Bee Crafty - Anything Goes (with a digi)
The Shabby Tearoom - Tags
Paper Cutz - Tags
Tuesday Taggers - Books
Artful Inkables - Distressing
Stamptacular Sunday - Distress It
Totally Stampalicious - Paper Flowers

Book Recipe:
Images - Digital Delights
Paper - Midnight Spell by DCWV
Medium - Copic Markers
Chalk Ink - Dewdrops
Flowers - Prima
Embellishments - Martha Stewart, Spare Parts
Ribbons - Michaels
Border Punch - Martha Stewart
Base - Chipboard (cute to size)
Binding - Bind It All

Remember that you click on each photo for a much larger image.
This really was a whole lot of fun, so much so that as soon as I finished it I started on a Fall album and I'm hoping to be able to have that up for you to see very soon.
I hope you've enjoyed this and maybe it will give you an idea to try something a little different too.
