As well as stamps have you seen the Chalk Edgers that Diana stocks? I used to use another brand but oh my I won't go back to those now I;ve tried these, the colors are great and they dry so quickly that I have to worry about smudging them.

I stamped the image twice, colored one and cut it out and colored another egg and popped it up and then added glitter and a few rhinestones for some extra sparkle.
This little bunny and his chick friend look as excited for Easter as I am and I hope they brought a smile to your face today.

For a little sparkle and a little snowy effect I added Mica Flakes to the edge of the die cut mat, you have to sort of "squish" them on with your fingers so they go just where you want them but I like the effect as a change from regular glitter.
I absolutely adored coloring Wee Holly in the traditional red and green of Christmas but I think she would also look cute in blues and purples, umm maybe I'll have to give it a go?....

I really went over the top with the embellishments, the holly leaves and poinsettia are actually from a felt garland I found in the decorating aisle!

The image actually has flowers in Sam's wagon but I had a little apple punch that was the perfect size to give him a different cargo.
I used corrugated cardstock (my favorite at the moment for giving extra texture) and added a little ink to the edges to soften the look.

I colored 2 of the images and popped a layer up for some dimension and I just how cute these bats are! I tried to color the pumpkin so it looked like the light was shining through, it's not perfect but I like the end result anyway :)

Wee Wednesday! Easter Egg Hunt

Today is my first foray into the world of Wee Wednesday and I've been dying to show you this card :) Oh my how cute is this image?
There are so many fabulous Wee Stamps in the store that is was so hard to choose which one to work with but with Easter at the end of the month I decided this Wee Bunny was just perfect!

I recently went to a scrapbook expo with a friend and just fell in love with the gorgeous papers and embellishments from Melissa Frances and most of this card was created from her C'est La Vie line. Of course once I got home I wished I'd bought doubles of everything as I loved it so much, oh well I'll have to frugal using it!
