A Spoon Full of Sugar - End of an Era Party

It's Tuesday so that means a new challenge at A Spoon Full of Sugar
It is very bittersweet though as this will be the last challenge.
After 3 years of challenges the owners no longer have the time to commit to running the blog. There is a lot of "behind the scenes" stuff involved with running a challenge (I know I run two) and so I'm sure that you can understand that after 3 years this was a huge decision for them and not one to be taken lightly.
I hope you will go over and play in this challenge and show your support.
The challenge is super easy, we want to see you "Party!"

Challenges:
AI Factory - Anything Goes
Paper Crafting Journey - Anything Goes
The Poodles Parlour - Anything Goes (3 entries only)
Digi Doodles Shop - Anything Goes
Jellypark - Punches and/or Dies (2 entries only)
Secret Crafter - In The Sea (something that lives in the sea)
Happileigh Scrapping - Birthday

Card Recipe:
Image - Shell-A-Bration set by Whimsie Doodles
Paper - My Minds Eye Lime Twist Life of the Party
Medium - Copic Markers
Shine - Liquid Embossing
Die Cuts - Spellbinders
Fabric Brads - K and Co
Embossing Folder - Sizzix
Ribbon - Stash

So all though it is a sad goodbye to A Spoon Full of Sugar it isn't the end for the team as we are all in the blogging world with other things so you'll see us around.

And another reminder of Nana is this challenge, stitching, as she was a super seamstress in her day so Nana, this one's for you!
Please come along and share your stitched creation with us this week at A Spoon Full of Sugar.

I used some of my old scrapbooking techniques on this card by tearing cardstock and inking the edges to make the sand on the beach.
It has been so warm here in Texas that the only place that feels good is in the water and so this card makes me want the beach as well as the neighborhood pool. But it's a Staycation for us this year and so the fun is close to home.
Hope you can keep cool in the Summer weather and maybe an afternoon in crafting would be a good idea!
