Digital Delights New Releases - Christmas

It's new release day and we are getting you geared up for the Holidays with the first of our 2010 Christmas images!
The team did a fabulous job showcasing the images and I just love the one I got to work with and am happy to introduced you to...Edwina the Elf!

A Boy and his Puppy :)

It's time for a new card, this one with lots of challenges but no DT commitments :)
I hope you like him, I think he's super sweet!

I stamped two copies of the image, colored one completely and cut it out and popped it up on the mat and then colored just the puppy and popped him up too.
I don't do that many boy cards but I just love how sweet this image is and it was time to have him inked up and used :)

I love how perfect the paper in the pack was for me to use to Paper Piece the Mummy. I also added ink to the edges of the image and to mats and edges of the card to add to the distressed look the papers already had.
I adore the new Martha Stewart spooky fence punch and I'm sure you'll see it on quite a few more cards before this year's Halloween crafting season is over.

Prairie Kids Reveal Day! - Harvest Time

It's time for another new set of clear stamps by Wendy Hall at Clear Dollar Stamps!
And this time it is called Prairie Kids with a Harvest theme.
There is also a digital background set that goes with it and I used the sunflowers in the original form and flipped to make a background for the girl.

I added Spritz to the flowers and Stickles to Tilda's shoes, crown and skirt for some extra glittery sparkle!
I absolutely love how Tilda turned out and I would never have thought to color her brown if Suzie Sugar and her new Totally Tilda challenge hadn't suggested I give it try!
That's what I love about the "challenge scene", they can often lead you to do things you had never thought to do before but when you do it you love it!! LOL
