Of course even though this is a blog hop of course I have challenges that my card is entered into :)

Stamptacular Sunday - Fancy Folds
Karens Doodles - Fancy Folds
The Pink Elephant - Stitching
I used a very simple but effective fold called a Tent Fold which creates a window card with a built in stand.
Card Recipe:
Image - Sewing Basket by Isabella's Sketchbook
Paper - Sew Cute by My Little Shoebox
Medium - Copic Markers
Twine - The Twinery
Sentiment - Printed
Acrylic Letters - Unknown
Border Punch - Martha Stewart Garden Trellis
Scoring Tool - Scor-Pal
Die Cut - Spellbinders Labels 3
This is the inside of the card. Instead of permanently attaching the front of "tent flap" I used Velcro so the card can still be opened completely.
I added a message mat on the back for your greeting.
I made individual spools from cardstock and wrapped 4 colors of The Twinery twine around them to make mini spools of cotton!
I know the sentiment is corny but it sure would bring a smile to my face if I received it. I love the color of these letters but I have no idea what brand they are, I've had them years, bought them from a clearance bin, you know how it is :)
I finished the card with a hand stitched border in gorgeous bakers twine!
This was such a fun card to make and it won't be the last time I make these mini spools, I'm already thinking of more corny "sewing" sentiments to use :)
Now if you leave a comment on all the blogs you could win:
A Scor-Buddy donated by the fabulous people at Scor-Pal
and this gorgeous selection of bakers twine from The Twinery
You don't want to miss out on that wonderful prize do you?
So get hopping and the next stop is Stephanie.
Have fun and getting hopping!
Remember to have all your comments in by Friday 11.59pm EST
